Structural features of melting furnace

 It consists of melting furnace, crucible, heating element, furnace cover lifting mechanism, electrical automatic temperature control system, etc. The furnace shell is welded into cylindrical shape by section steel and steel plate. There is a hole in the lower part of the front end of the furnace body, which can cause the melt in the crucible to flow out of the furnace through this hole, so that the working chamber will not be damaged.

1) Furnace body. 8mm steel plate and section steel are welded into a box-type whole, that is, the furnace body, and the air inlet, the material inlet, the aluminum intake nozzle, the aluminum discharge nozzle, the slag removal port and the auxiliary system support frame are opened. The thermal insulation layer adopts asbestos board surrounding material inside the furnace shell. The furnace lining is made of refractory bricks and carbon-silicon bricks to form a melting chamber and a heat preservation chamber, and set aside corresponding inlets and outlets.

2) Combustion system. It consists of two groups of oil tank, oil pump, burner and pipeline, which are divided into melting chamber and heat preservation chamber.

3) Degassing refining metamorphism system. A degassing refining and metamorphic chamber is set up on the other side of the water intake, and pure nitrogen is used to pressurize the molten aluminum, and a flux is arranged to assist. It realizes the effects of degassing, slag removal and refining in the molten aluminum, and can be deteriorated in the refining chamber.

4) Feeding system. Automatic feeding can be done mechanically, or feeding can be done manually, so that the matched charge can enter the melting chamber.

5) Smoke exhaust system. A chimney with a sound of 300mm is set in the upper corner of the rear of the melting furnace to discharge the flue gas outdoors.

6) Temperature measurement system. Connect the temperature measuring thermocouple with the automatic temperature control instrument to automatically control the temperature of each temperature measuring point
