Vacuum Annealing Furnace

Vacuum annealing furnace is mainly applicable to multi-purpose furnace for continuous bright annealing, solid solution, demagnetization and stainless steel quenching of stainless steel products such as stainless steel drawing parts, such as plumbing equipment, water expansion parts, pins, medical instruments, stainless steel nails, stainless steel screws, riveting parts, stainless steel bearings, watch cases, watch bands, knives, micro shafts, self tapping and self drilling, tableware and so on under the control of protective atmosphere.

Commissioning contents of vacuum pipe annealing furnace

Trolley push-pull mechanism

1. Jog the motor button of the reducer to check whether the rotation direction of the motor meets the requirements of the push-pull direction;

2. Hang the push-pull rod on the hopper car, start the button to run the hopper car several times in the whole range, and check whether there are abnormalities at each connection, wheel and bearing;

3、. Check whether the front and rear limit actions of the push-pull trolley are normal;

4. Check whether the opening and closing of furnace door are blocked;

Cooling system

1. Open the water inlet valve and jog the button switch of the water pump motor to see whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct;

2. Start the water pump, check whether there is water leakage in the main water pipeline and whether the pressure indication of the pressure gauge is normal;

3. Open the water inlet valve of the mechanical pump, check whether there is water leakage at the joints of the water inlet and return pipelines of the mechanical pump, and if so, deal with it;

4. Check the cooling water pipes of roots pump, diffusion pump, water cooling baffle, furnace door and furnace liner water jacket in turn according to step 3.
