 High vacuum hot pressing furnace

The electric furnace consists of a furnace body, a vacuum system, a pressure system and an electrical control system. The furnace body and furnace bottom of the furnace cover adopt a double-layer water-cooling structure, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell does not exceed 50c°. The temperature of the furnace is measured with a thermocouple at low temperature, and an infrared meter is used for temperature measurement at high temperature. The vacuum system adopts two-stage pump or three-stage pump, and molecular pump can be added if the customer requests.

The main purpose of the equipment:

Vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace is a combination of vacuum/atmosphere, hot pressing and high temperature sintering. It is suitable for high temperature hot forming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics. Vacuum sintering of alloy materials composed of molten metal and high performance of ceramic materials silicon carbide and silicon nitride

Warm sintering can also be used for heat treatment of powders or compacts at temperatures below the melting point of the main components, in order to increase their strength through metallurgical bonding between particles.
