Industrial resistance furnace classification introduction
Industrial resistance furnace classification introduction
Industrial resistance furnace is also called high temperature muffle furnace. It is a kind of general processing equipment, also called industrial high temperature furnace. ), commonly used in metal melting, organic ashing and gravimetric analysis, etc. There are also higher 1400 ℃ and 1700 ℃. High-temperature furnaces are equipped with automatic temperature controllers, which are used to set, control and measure the temperature in the furnace.Continuous operation furnace is divided into:
Kiln car furnace, cart furnace, roller hearth furnace, vibrating hearth furnace, rotary hearth furnace, walking furnace, traction furnace, continuous drum furnace, conveyor belt furnace, etc.
Introduction of common hair components
Commonly used hair elements are metal hair elements and non-metal hair elements.
Metal components include: nickel-chromium alloy Cr20Ni80, iron-chromium-aluminum 0Cr25Al5, metal platinum Pt, molybdenum Mo, tungsten W, tantalum Ta.
Non-metallic hair elements: silicon carbon rod SiC, silicon molybdenum rod MoSi2, graphite C, etc.
Details that should be paid attention to in use:
1. The integrated box-type high-temperature muffle furnace should be placed on a solid cement table, and no chemical reagents should be stored around, let alone inflammable and explosive materials;
2. The furnace is lined with clean and flat refractory sheets to avoid damage to the furnace wall when accidental splashing occurs;
3. The temperature of the new furnace should be adjusted step by step for the first time, and the temperature should be increased slowly;
4. When using a new furnace for the first time, remember to slowly heat up and gradually increase the temperature;
5. Power off the furnace after use, and open the furnace door only after the temperature drops below 200 °C. When loading and taking samples, the power must be cut off to prevent electric shock;
6. When loading and taking samples, the opening time of the furnace door should be as short as possible to prolong the service life of the electric furnace;
7. Liquid cannot be put into the furnace;
8. The samples stained with water and oil shall not be put into the furnace; the samples shall not be loaded with clips stained with water and oil;
9. Wear gloves when taking samples into the furnace to avoid burns;
10. The sample should be placed in the middle of the furnace, neatly placed, do not place it randomly;
11. Do not touch the electric furnace and the surrounding samples casually;
12. Do not exceed the maximum temperature of the furnace during operation;
13. The power supply and water source should be cut off after the muffle furnace is used.
