Melting furnace oven process

All newly repaired or small and medium-sized furnaces need to be baked before production and use in order to remove the moisture in the furnace. Different furnace types use different oven systems. In general, pay attention to the following points when baking:

(1) Confirm whether the furnace door, chain and lifting system are in good condition;

(2) Check and confirm whether there is air leakage in all the welding points, joints, valves, combustion-supporting air, and release valve of the natural gas pipeline. If there is air leakage, it should be dealt with immediately. carry out ignition work;

(3) Establish and fill in the file tracking record of the start-up furnace;

(4) Work strictly in accordance with the curve and oven system formulated by the oven;

(5) Pay attention to observe the temperature change of the furnace bottom, furnace cavity and side wall and compare it with the heating curve;

(6) Prohibit the operation of short-term heating and rapid cooling of fires.
