Electric heating element

There are many types of electric heating boilers, and their classification is generally divided according to the form of electric heating elements, including resistance type, electrode type and electric film type.

Resistive

The resistance type adopts a high-impedance tubular electric heating element. After the power is turned on, the tubular electric heating element generates high heat to turn the water into hot water or steam. The tubular electric heating element is composed of a metal shell, an electric heating wire and an oxidation continuation. The advantage of this element is that the water is not charged, the use is relatively safe, and the water quality is not polluted. The problem is that the increase of boiler capacity is realized by the number of tubular electric heating elements, and the boiler load is adjusted according to the number of put into operation. Therefore, the capacity of this boiler is limited by the structural arrangement of the electric heating elements.

Electrode

The working principle of the electrode element is to insert the electrode into the water, and use the high thermal resistance characteristics of the water to directly convert the electrical energy into thermal energy, and there is almost no energy loss during this conversion process. Electrode type components are divided into ordinary electrode type and high voltage electrode type. The operation of the electrode boiler is very safe, and the boiler will not dry out. Because once the boiler water is cut off, the passage between the electrodes is cut off, the electric power is zero, and the boiler automatically stops running.

Electromembrane

Electric film heating technology is a new technology developed in recent years, which has higher electrothermal conversion efficiency than resistance wire heating. The principle is to spray a semiconductor film (metal oxide) called microsphere electrothermal material on the surface of the enamel steel pipe to realize high-power electrothermal conversion. It is characterized by a wider range of use, long service life, strong current impact resistance, high adhesion to the substrate, and strong resistance to thermal shock damage. It is suitable for many types of substrate materials, simple equipment, low investment, and low process operating environment .
