High temperature muffle furnace application:

The resistance wire of the high temperature muffle furnace is the heating element. It adopts a double-layer shell structure and an intelligent temperature control system. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material.

The use of soft-start constant current control prolongs the life of the heating element, and the furnace has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, balanced temperature field, simple operation, fast temperature rise and fall rate, and low energy consumption.

Installation and use of warm muffle furnace:

1. After opening the package, check whether the muffle furnace is intact and whether the accessories are complete- The general muffle furnace does not need special installation, but is only placed flat on the indoor flat ground or shelf. The controller shall avoid vibration and shall not be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent the internal components from working normally due to overheating.

2. A thermocouple is inserted into the furnace for 20-50mm, and the gap between the hole and the thermocouple is filled with asbestos rope. Connect the thermocouple to the control * and use the compensation wire (or insulated steel core wire). Pay attention to the positive and negative poles and do not connect them reversely.

3. Another power switch shall be installed at the inlet of the power line to control the main power supply. In order to ensure safe operation, the electric furnace and controller must be reliably grounded.

4. Before use, adjust the thermometer indicator to the zero point. When using the compensation wire and cold end compensator, adjust the mechanical zero point to the reference temperature point of the cold end compensator. When not using the compensation wire, adjust the mechanical zero point to the zero scale position, but the indicated temperature is the temperature difference between the measuring point and the cold end of the thermocouple.

5. After checking the wiring and confirming that it is correct, cover the controller housing. Adjust the setting pointer of the temperature indicator to the required operating temperature, and then turn on the power supply. Turn on the power switch. At this time, the green light on the temperature indicator is on, the relay starts to work, the electric furnace is powered on, and the ammeter has current display. With the increase of the internal temperature of the electric furnace, the pointer of the temperature indicating instrument also rises gradually, which indicates that the system works normally. The temperature rise and constant temperature of the electric furnace are indicated by the traffic light of the temperature indicator respectively. The green light indicates temperature rise and the red light indicates constant temperature.
