Uses 

Used in lithium battery materials, rare earth materials, magnetic materials, mineral materials, ceramic devices, refractory materials, activated carbon carbonization, metal powder and other new materials under the protection of atmosphere sintering treatment and reduction treatment, mainly including tungsten powder reduction treatment, nitridation treatment and carbonization.

Features:

The 2200 ℃ ultra-high temperature furnace body is suitable for the carbonization heating process of fine, medium and coarse tungsten carbide powder and composite materials.

The digital display programmable intelligent temperature control system is adopted to automatically and accurately complete the process of temperature measurement and temperature control.

Pure water cooling system and digital flow monitoring system are adopted.

The furnace body is automatically converted by high-performance medium frequency contactor.

Integrated PLC water, electricity and gas automatic control and protection system.
